For check in/out and tours, we are open 6 days a week:
8 am to 11 am
4 pm to 6 pm

Our convenient hours are designed to meet your needs, and the needs of our canine and feline guests.
We are closed to the public from 11 am
to 4 pm and all day on Wednesdays for pick-ups and drop-offs. This time of the day is reserved for caring for your pet- exercising the dogs (5X daily), taking cats to the exercise room, feeding meals, quiet times for napping and of course cleaning up! Note that owners live onsite.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES PROVIDED AT NO-COST:
- Bottled water is provided free of charge for
all pets and topped up frequently.
- We request taht you bring your pet's food and
a bit extra in case your trip is delayed, to avoid the upset tummy often
caused by changing foods.
- We will gladly administer any necessary medications
or supplements to your pet while they are staying at Camrose
- Well socialized dogs are exercised in our large
outdoor 8200 square foot
play yard five times daily at no additional charge - 2 of which are for
a minimum of 30 minutes, weather permitting.
- Cats are provided with access to an enclosed indoor exercise pen,
complete with scratching posts, climbing poles and lots of toys
Boarding: Dog & Cat
 Dogs: Each
dog has his or her own 20 sq. ft. indoor heated room with skylights for natural
light. An open doggy door leads to their own private 100 sq. ft. outdoor run,
covered to protect your pet from inclement weather. Each run is double latched
for security with an enclosed breezeway leading to the secure 8200 square
foot fenced play area where all dogs are taken out in supervised groups 5 X daily
- 2 of which are for a minimum of 30 minutes, weather
permitting.
Bottled water are provided. Please bring your
dog's own food, bed or vari kennel, and 2 favourite toys.

Current vaccinations are a must and records are required for the safety of all
pets. Dogs require annual vaccinations for Parvo, Distemper and Bordatella.
Cats require annual FVCP and Feline Leukemia.
 Cats: At Camrose Kennels, cats are definitely not second-class citizens. Cats are housed in a separate facility from the dog kennel and the care is just as exacting as for their canine counterparts.
Each cat is given his or her own 2-room condo with separate area for food and
litter box. Litter box, will be cleaned daily. Cats are provided with bottled
water; we request that you please bring your cat's food of choice. Cats have
regular access to the rec room. Comfortable seating area has been set up for
staff to sit and cuddle cats who want to be handled.

TIMID DOGS & SPECIAL NEEDS
Dogs with special needs or timid dogs have a special place at Camrose Kennels. A more intimate facility, separate from the larger kennel and conveniently located adjacent to our residence for closer monitoring, has been developed for dogs that prefer their solitude or have special needs.
